Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how and when we ship your VOLTEX — including delivery windows, free shipping thresholds, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Section 01

Processing Times

All VOLTEX orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a business day are typically picked, packed, and handed to our courier partner the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working business day.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays. Sunday orders are always dispatched the following Monday.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. This email is sent automatically and usually arrives within 30 minutes of dispatch.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. Delivery is handled through our trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC depending on your location.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Remote pin codes and areas with limited courier coverage may experience delays of 1–2 additional business days. We will always notify you if there is a significant delay to your order.

Note on remote areas: Certain pin codes in Northeast India, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep may have extended delivery times of 7–12 business days. You will be notified at checkout if your pin code falls into this category.

Tracking Your Order

Every VOLTEX order includes full shipment tracking at no additional cost. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing:

Your unique tracking number · A direct link to the courier's tracking page · Estimated delivery date · Courier partner name and contact details

Tracking information may take up to 6–12 hours to become active on the courier's system after dispatch. If your tracking link shows no movement after 24 hours of receiving the dispatch email, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account on our store, or by entering your order number and email at our order tracking page.

Delays & Disruptions

While we aim to meet every estimated delivery window, some circumstances are outside our control. Delays may occur due to:

National or regional public holidays · Extreme weather conditions · Courier partner network disruptions · High volume periods (festival seasons, sale events) · Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout

During festival season (Diwali, Christmas, and major sale events), processing times may extend to 2–3 business days and delivery estimates may increase by 2–4 days. We recommend ordering at least 10 days before you need your VOLTEX if you are shopping during these periods.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will raise an investigation with the courier and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 5 business days of the investigation conclusion.

Section 05

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your address only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Act quickly. Since we process and dispatch orders within 24 hours, the window for address changes is short. Email us at support@voltex.in with your order number and the correct address as soon as you notice the error.

Once a shipment has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If the package is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery shipping charges will apply in this case.

Please double-check your address at checkout. Include your flat/house number, building name, street, area, city, state, and pin code. Incomplete addresses are the most common cause of failed deliveries.

Lost or Damaged Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will make it right. Here is exactly what to do:

If your package arrives damaged
Take photographs of the outer packaging and the product before opening fully. Email us at support@voltex.in with your order number and the photos. Do not discard the packaging — we may need it for the courier claim.

If your order shows delivered but you haven't received it
First check with neighbours, security, or reception in case it was left with someone. If still missing, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.

If your order has not moved in 7+ days
Contact us. We will raise a trace investigation with the courier immediately. Investigations typically conclude within 5–7 business days.

Resolution
Once a loss or damage is confirmed, we will either send a replacement unit at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. We do not make you fight for it.
Section 07

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not satisfied with your VOLTEX for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, email us at support@voltex.in with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.

Return conditions: The product must be in its original condition. Normal use is fine — we are not going to reject a return because the box has a crease. We only decline returns on items that have been physically damaged by the customer or used beyond reasonable inspection.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary — most refunds appear within 3–5 additional business days after we process them.
